How it works

Three steps from setup to tracking.

Add medications, receive reminders at dose times, and log how you feel. Each step takes seconds.

1

Build your plan

Add medications by doctor or condition — pills, drops, injections, procedures. Set dose, frequency and meal timing.

2

Stay on schedule

Get gentle reminders at the right time. Mark doses as Taken, Skipped or Extra in one tap.

3

See how you feel

Log blood pressure, glucose, sleep, pain and mood in your diary. Spot patterns that matter.

Features

Everything the app does, nothing it doesn’t.

A medication tracker and a health diary in one app — each capability with its own screen, its own units, its own level of detail.

Dose reminders that land at the right second.

Per-medication push notifications at scheduled times. Mark each dose as Taken, Skipped or Take extra in one tap. Missed doses roll over to the next day.

  • Up to 48 times per medication, per day
  • Before, after, during or any meal timing
  • Schedules every 2, 3, 7 or 14 days

FAQ

Questions, answered.

How do dose reminders work?

Per-medication push notifications are scheduled at the exact times you set. You can mark each dose as Taken, Skipped or Take extra in one tap. The feed rolls over to the next day automatically.

What can I track in the health diary?

Blood pressure, glucose, SpO₂, heart rate, temperature, weight, sleep hours and quality, pain (with location, type and level on a 1–10 scale), mood on a five-point scale, and open text notes. Units switch between metric and imperial.

Can I organize medications by doctor?

Yes. Create up to 10 plans — one per doctor, condition or season. Each plan holds its own medications. The active plan drives the daily feed.

What medication types are supported?

Eight types: pill, injection, drops, spray, liquid, ointment, infusion and procedure. Each has its own color-coded icon and tracking format.

How detailed is dose scheduling?

Each medication has a dose amount and unit (g, mg, mcg, ml, IU), times per day, frequency (every day, every 2, 3, 7 or 14 days), duration in days, start date and meal relation (before, after, during or any).

Does the app work offline?

Yes. You can add medications, mark doses and log diary entries without a connection. Entries sync when you are back online.

Are my entries synced across devices?

Yes. Data syncs across devices you sign in on. You can export or delete your data from Settings at any time.
